M3 Half-track is an American armoured personnel carrier.

The M3A1 is one of the main troop transports used by the United States from mid-1942 onward, replacing the M3 Scout Car. It is armed with one M2 Browning machine on a ring mount next to the driver, and one M1919 Browning machine gun on each side of the vehicle, giving the vehicle decent coverage of fire for self-defense against enemy infantry and also low flying aircraft to an extent. However, the vehicle is open-topped, hence the operators for machine guns are exposed to enemy fire.

Like all troop transport vehicles in the mod, the M3A1 can heal passengers and provide them with ammunition supply, as well as repair friendly vehicles in the vicinity.

The M3 has many variants in Battlegroup42, namely the M3 Gun Motor Carriage, T19 Howitzer Motor Carriage, M16 Multiple Gun Motor Carriage, and M21 Mortar Motor Carriage. There is also the similar M5 Half-track available supplied to other nations under the Lend-Lease Act, especially to the Soviet Union, when production of the M3 Half-track could not meet the existing demand.
